 Trinity, Hilton Head's newest restaurant is the reincarnation of

 Rendezvous Cafe under a dynamic 'Trinity of J's' ~~ James

 Walsh, Chef, John Cherol, Bar Manager and Jeff Hale,

 Manager. Chef Walsh, graduated from the Pennsylvania

Institute of Culinary Arts has worked with several of the

Island's chefs as well as Serge Prat, previous

owner of Rendezvous Cafe

 

 

The menu at Trinity offers numerous appealing choices. An excellent selection of

Rendezvous favorites remains on the menu. New signature include Macadamia

Encrusted Scallops w/Pesto, Short Ribs, Roasted Duck w/Au Gratin Potatoes, Veal

Osso Bucco in Rustic Vegetable Sauce w/Parmesan Rissotto an Asparagus.

Trinity is completely redecorated with a modern, big city atmosphere. ENJOY!!!
